Jet2com has opened the sale of flights to the Costa Blanca on its website.

The airline Jet2.com, was the first to stop flying between Alicante and the United Kingdom when the Covid-19 crisis broke out, and this week, it has opened the sale of flights between Alicante airport and 14 destinations in the United Kingdom, with the intention of flying from June 17th.

Thus, it joins the decision by Iberia, Ryanair, Easyjet and TUIfly, although at the moment there is no official date for when commercial flights in Europe can be resumed.

In principle, the ban on operating in Spain ends on May 15th, but this decision will depend on the extension of the state of alarm.
The Government has set July 1st for the “new normal” to start in Spain and Jet2.com plans to start its flights from June 17th if there is no regrowth of the coronavirus.
