The association of hospitality entrepreneurs of Torrevieja, organizes “Lenten Menus”, a gastronomic activity based on the Catholic practice of not eating meat to honor Jesus who spent 40 days in the desert without eating or drinking anything.
Like every year, the Catholic Church celebrates Lent, a period that prepares the faithful for the arrival of Holy Week. Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
