If this happens the perimeter closure, the curfew and the limit of people able to meet will end.
The use of the mask will remain mandatory.
The termination of the state of alarm will put an end to the “limitative of rights” rules imposed by the Spanish State.
However, even if the state of alarm ends, a certain “level of alert” will continue to be maintained, always depending on what “the epidemiological situation” indicates.
Ending the state of alarm does not mean returning to normality, because this will not be possible “until the pandemic is definitively over.”
