All Torrevieja children born in the last year will have the opportunity to be presented before the Immaculate Virgin and will receive a souvenir.

On the occasion of the celebration of Candlemas Day, the association Hijos de la Inmaculada de Torrevieja has promoted one more year the presentation of newborn children to the Immaculate Conception.
Next Friday, February 2, after the 7 :30 p.m. Mass at the Archpriest Parish of the Immaculate, all children born in the last year will have the opportunity to be presented to Our Lady.
The ritual will take place inside the Camarín de la Virgen which is located above the main altar of the Immaculate Parish.
The Holy Mass will be sung on this occasion by the La Purisima Choir of the Carmelite Sisters’ school, directed by Aurelio Martínez. All children who are introduced to Our Lady will receive a souvenir of this moment.
