The morning of Saturday 26th to Sunday 27th OCTOBER 2019, at 3 o’clock in the morning the clocks go back one hour, so on Sunday you will have 25 hours.
The time change can cause sleep disorders especially in children and the elderly, a situation that passes after 2 or 3 days.
The last Sunday in March and the last Sunday in October are the days when time changes occur in all countries of the European Union.
This change is carried out in some 70 countries around the world except Japan.
The time change is intended to reduce energy consumption by matching the beginning of the workday with daylight hours. Domestic lighting savings from March to October can be up to 5%.
