The weekly market on Fridays is returning to Pilar de la Horadada.
The new location which has been chosen is the Andrés Murcia Viudas Park, located in front of the CEPSA gas station and the ALDI supermarket.
Starting on Friday, May 8th, the weekly market on Friday morning will
return with essential products in Pilar de la Horadada, adopting all the required security measures.
Starting the weekly market on Fridays was a priority and the Generalitat Valenciana is allowing it.
At the entrance of the market, citizens will be provided with free alcohol gel and masks.
22 stalls will be there dedicated to the sale of food or basic necessities: fruits and vegetables, nuts and sweets, pickles, spices, roast chicken (not for consumption at the flea market), churros (not for consumption at the flea market) ), honey and oil, salted meats, Spanish sausages and herbal teas.
To date, it is still unknown if the Friday market in Torrevieja, the largest in Vega Baja, will open next Friday.
