The Torre del Moro and the facade of the Municipal Theatre of Torrevieja will shine blue on Thursday and Friday night to commemorate this day.

The aim of the associative movement of autism in Spain is to get 400 buildings and monuments in Spain to light up in blue as a sign of solidarity with the group of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

The APANEE centre deals with more than 30 people with ASD, according to María José Sánchez, president of APANEE.

The roundabout on Avenida de Rosa Mazón Valero, will show a blue ribbon that evokes the sea or two hearts with a puzzle that reflect the complexity and enigma of this disorder.
